Privacy policy
This page explains what happens to the details you send us through breakingrevenues.com. Short version: we only use them to reply to you.
Who we are
Breaking Revenues (“we”) runs this website and is responsible for the personal data you send through it. For any question or request about your data, email ilias@breakingrevenues.com.
What we collect
Only what you send us through our forms:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your message
- Your answers in “Find what you need”: who you sell to, what you want more of, your ad budget and the services you’re interested in
- The page you sent the form from, the website that linked you to us, and any campaign tags in that link (such as utm_source), so we know which ad or post brought you here
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking.
Why we use it
To answer your request and send you the plan you asked for. We do this because you asked us to, before any agreement (GDPR article 6(1)(b)), and because we have a legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (article 6(1)(f)). We never sell your data or use it for anything else.
Where it is stored
What you send through our forms is saved in a Google Sheet in our own Google account, and a copy is emailed to us. This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the site. Google and Netlify may process data outside the EU. Those transfers are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email instead, the privacy terms of those services also apply to your message.
How long we keep it
At most 12 months after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep what we need for the work and for as long as the law requires (for example for invoices).
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to limit how we use it, or to object to it. Email ilias@breakingrevenues.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
